It feels like you have escaped to an Alpine Retreat but you are high above the busy streets of Southbank in Melbourne. The LODGE is a large stylish 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom exclusive penthouse abode with multiple balconies. The living room has a stunning fireplace and large flat screen TV that opens onto a private entertaining terrace overlooking the city.

We provide lots of little extra's to help make you feel comfortable when away from home.

This building has been built above an existing heritage building and the lobby is stunning, with exposed brickwork and containing two up-market lounge areas with big comfy leather armchairs, fireplaces, as well as a spacious character filled Restaurant and Bar. A great place to Meet Up With Friends or relax with the ambience of the cafe and bar. If you are looking for some quiet relaxation in your apartment you can even take your meal back to your apartment.

This apartment is most comfortable for 6, however, can accommodate 11 people with the use of the sofa-beds & rollaway beds as well. The apartment was furnished with high quality furnishings, mattresses, linen etc.

Check In from 12 noon if available COMPLEMENTARY. This can only be confirmed, after 8pm the day before your arrival date.
If available: Check-In before between 1000 hrs and 12 noon incurs $50 charge.
Checking-In before 1000 hrs the previous night requires booking.
Check-out Strictly by 10AM - penalties applies for overstaying check out time without written approval.

Checking-out after noon incurs $50 charge and only if available.

Extra People Rollaway beds can be provided at $50 per night/person.
No Smoking Smoking and/or vappering (Electronic cigarette) are strictly NOT permitted in our apartments and on any common property including the foyers, lifts, stairwells, carpark and internally at levels 10 and 40. Penalties apply for any evidence of smoking inside the apartment and any other associated costs being deducted from your bond. If your apartment has a balcony then smoking is permitted out there, providing the door remains closed, you use the ashtray and empty the ashtray into rubbish on departure.
No Pets Pets, animals or reptiles are not permitted in our apartments.
