Secure Guest Parking

Private, secure undercover parking is available within the building. Guests can access their apartment floor directly from the car park via the internal lift.

• Rate: $33 per night, per car space
• Booking Requirement: Advance reservation is essential to secure availability
• Vehicle Height Limit: Maximum clearance is 2.1 metres; oversized vehicles (e.g. buses, trucks) cannot be accommodated

Typically, one car space is allocated per booking. A second space may be provided upon request, subject to availability. Guests are expected to comply with parking regulations and to be mindful of neighbouring vehicles.

Please note, parking is strictly reserved for registered guests. For visitors, Wilson Public Parking is located at 2 Freshwater Place, within the same building. Their standard rates apply independently, and we do not manage or influence their pricing.
