Booking could not be easier and you can do so right here on Platinum Apartments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, International Credit Cards and direct deposits into our bank account. At the point of booking, should you reserve with more than 30-days until your stated arrival time, a deposit of 50% is required, with the balance to be paid prior to check-in. Those who book last minute will be required to pay the full fee at the time of booking.
A security bond of between $500-$1,000 is required but this is refunded after checkout, once the apartment has been checked for damage. In terms of the house rules, pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted indoors in our Southbank, Melbourne apartments. Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am.
