Entering BEL AIR at Freshwater Place, Platinum Apartment guests are greeted with a view of the Crown Casino in the foreground, framed by dazzling waters of Port Phillip Bay in the background. No Smoking | Smoking and/or vappering (Electronic cigarette) are strictly NOT permitted in our apartments and on any common property including the foyers, lifts, stairwells, carpark and internally at levels 10 and 40. Penalties apply for any evidence of smoking inside the apartment and any other associated costs being deducted from your bond. If your apartment has a balcony then smoking is permitted out there, providing the door remains closed, you use the ashtray and empty the ashtray into rubbish on departure. |

Stayed in the 'bel air' apartment (2.5 bdrm). Well presented, excellent location, and very comfortable. Information provided prior to arrival and upon arrival was good. We travelled as a family with 3 young kids and had no problem. The apartment was very well stocked relative to some we have stayed at previously (i.e. plenty of dishwashing tabs/ laundry powder/ disposal bags supplied - whereas many only supply 1 or 2). The amenities in the apartment and facilities in the complex were very good. It is carpeted so if travelling with little ones, some precautions need to be considered at meal times! Skydeck pool was great. Small, pretty well stocked grocery store a stones throw away. It was a pleasure to have stayed there.

Such an amazing penthouse apartment with an insane view of the city of Melbourne! I wanted to sleep on the couch rather than my bed just so I could wake up to that view!
