An apartment of this size is hard in Melbourne City.  With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available, and furnished and styled to our usual high standard, you can cater for a large group for that special occasion. You will not find many apartments of this calibre or style available for accommodation anywhere in Melbourne.

The prestigious positioning of this property a few steps away from Crown Casino and the famous Southbank Promenade makes it centrally located with the most spectacular sweeping view from every room in this huge apartment. You will take in the sights from the two terrace balconies with panoramic views as you would never have seen before. Views extend from right down the bay, over Southbank, South Wharf, the Shrine, the Botanical gardens, the MCG and out to the Dandenongs. 

The Grande features luxury furnishings and spacious living area's. The Grande boasts a stunning main dining area that can seat large groups and a chef's kitchen that will excite the foodies!

Home Truths

The Grande is truly stunning.

The Grande can sleep 8 adults most comfortably but can sleep up to 10 people using rollaway beds. For those travelling with infants, we have port-a-cots & high chairs available [requires booking] 

Above 8 people staying must gain approval from Platinum Management, including children and infants

All four Bedrooms are KING size bedrooms. Our standard configuration is 3x Large Kings and 2x long singles. Some bedding configurations can be changed as an extra but require prior approval. (At least 7 days notice). 

It has three bathrooms-two of them are ensuite bathrooms.   

Eight people in total are included in the tariff. Extra guests do incur additional costs

The main girl or guy can relax for a few days, getting ready for the big event. Making unforgettable memories with beautiful photos. Then after the wedding reservation, the newlyweds return to their paradise, where the spectacular views will make their day a day to remember forever. The days ahead, they will be able to invite family and friends over for a special luncheon to share with the newly married couple. What a way to start your honeymoon. An event created that will never be forgotten.

THE GRANDE HOUSE RULES:

Please Note:

• All guests staying must be listed on the booking. 
• More than eight people to stay, you must gain approval in writing from Platinum Apartments Management, or you will be evicted without warning [no overcrowding allowed]
• This is an important note and is a requirement as part of your agreement to stay in "The Grande Apartment". 
  • You must agree to our terms and conditions to be granted permission to stay. This also includes if you have booked through a third-party booking site
• There is NO tolerance for any antisocial behaviour. 
• Strictly NO consumption of alcohol in any common area of the building. 
• Only 2 more visitors are allowed without written notification and approval by Management.
• For more than two visitors on top of all guests listed as staying, you will need to get permission from Platinum Apartments Management.
• Strictly NO SMOKING ALLOWED within the Apartment or building common area
• It is illegal to throw anything from windows or balconies and is a criminal offence in Victoria. You will be prosecuted by Victorian Law. 24hrs CCTV Security surveillance in all building common areas 
• Pre-Authorisation Security Damage Bond will be required and processed during check-in. This is captured by your bank and shown as pending on your account. After departure, we trigger the bank to release the pending funds once the apartment has been cleaned; there is no excess cleaning, all sets of keys/fobs returned, and everything is left in good order. 
  • We understand that incidental damage can happen; please let us know if anything is damaged or if there are any issues during your stay.  
  • Please note: after departure, once we have triggered your bank to release the pending funds, it can take your bank up to 7 working days to remove the pending off funds captured. 
• The person who booked the apartment must be present at check-in & is responsible for all visitors and people staying. 
• Only those listed as staying are allowed to use the building facilities.
