THE LONDONER’s master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows overlooking Albert Park to the South plus king bed, wall mounted large screen TV, and private en-suite with walk-in shower. A guest bedroom offers its own Southern view, king bed, wall-mounted TV and guest bathroom shared with a 3rd guest bedroom containing two single beds. The guest bathroom offers bath and shower, plus a laundry cabinet with full-sized washing machine and dryer.

Stepping out into your own open-aired private balcony gives the sense one is floating above the city. Fifty one stories below lays the Freshwater Place Level 10 Rooftop Garden with its grassy meadow and communal barbeque beckons. Guests of THE LONDONER can choose between Level 10’s swimming pool, sauna, large gym, library, and business center options, or access the private Skyline Club on Level 40 for a more intimate and exclusive swimming pool, sauna, and gym experience.

All that Melbourne city has to offer is just a short walk away. This apartment is most comfortable for 6, however, can accommodate 7 people with the use of the rollaway bed as well. The apartment was furnished with high quality furnishings, mattresses, linen etc.

Extra People  Rollaway beds can be provided at $50 per night/person.
No Smoking Smoking and/or vappering (Electronic cigarette) are strictly NOT permitted in our apartments and on any common property including the foyers, lifts, stairwells, carpark and internally at levels 10 and 40. Penalties apply for any evidence of smoking inside the apartment and any other associated costs being deducted from your bond. If your apartment has a balcony then smoking is permitted out there, providing the door remains closed, you use the ashtray and empty the ashtray into rubbish on departure.
No Pets Pets, animals or reptiles are not permitted in our apartments.

THE LONDONER Melbourne from Above! Really nice 3 bedroom unit on the 51st floor of the building that is in the middle of Southbank Melbourne. It sits on top of some great restaurants including the favorite (for us) Crinitis Restaurant. It is also directly across the Yarra River from Flinders Street Railway Station and faces Melbournes CBD.
