The prestigious positioning of this property right next to the Marvel Etihad Stadium (formerly Etihad Stadium] has it towering over The Docklands with the most spectacular sweeping view from every room in this huge two-storey apartments.  You will take in the sights from the two terrace balconies with panoramic views as you would never have seen before. Views from right down the Mornington Peninsula, over Southbank, South Wharf, the beautiful Docklands Marina, right out past the Bolte bridge, even Flemington Racecourse and of course directly into the Marvel Stadium.  When the roof is open you get a bird's eye view of all the action below! The Victoria is extremely private with access only via a private lift to the rooftop.

The Victoria Rooftop Penthouse is truly stunning.

The Victoria can sleep 8 adults most comfortable but can sleep up to 14 including infants with the use of sofa beds, rollaway bed or infant port-a-cot.

Above 8 people staying must gain approval by Platinum Management including children and infants

The penthouse apartment has two levels within the apartment - upstairs is the master bedroom and the majority of the apartment is on the lower level

All four Bedrooms are KING size bedrooms and have King Size Double Beds or can be two large King Single Beds

It has three bathrooms + powder room   

The Victoria Apartment has stairs to access the large master bedroom on the top floor. Otherwise, the whole apartment is on the one level

Electric Window Blinds all windows for ease and convenience

Eight people in total are included in the tariff. Extra guests do incur additional costs

Parking is available for additional costs

PENTHOUSE HOUSE RULES:

Please Note:

  • All guests staying must be listed on the booking. 
  • More than eight people to stay, you must gain approval in writing from Platinum Apartments Management, or you will be evicted without warning [no overcrowding allowed]
  • This is an important note and is a requirement as part of your agreement to stay in the Victoria Penthouse Apartment
    • You must agree to our terms and conditions to be granted permission to stay. This also includes if you have booked through a third-party booking site
  • There is NO tolerance for any antisocial behaviour. 
  • Strictly NO consumption of alcohol in any common area of the building. 
  • Only 2 more visitors are allowed without written notification and approval by Management
  • For more than two visitors on top of all guests listed as staying, you will need to get permission from Platinum Apartments Management
  • Strictly NO SMOKING ALLOWED within the Apartment or building common area
  • It is illegal to throw anything from windows or balconies, and is a criminal offence in Victoria. You will be prosecuted by Victorian Law. 24hrs CCTV Security surveillance in all building common areas 
  • Pre-Authorisation Security Damage Bond will be required and processed during check-in. This is captured by your bank and shown as pending on your account. After departure, we trigger the bank to release the pending funds once the apartment has been cleaned; there is no excess cleaning, all sets of keys/fobs returned, and everything is left in good order. 
    • We understand that incidental damage can happen; please let us know if anything is damaged or if there are any issues during your stay.  
    • Please note: after departure, once we have triggered your bank to release the pending funds, it can take your bank up to 7 working days to remove the pending off funds captured.

No Smoking Smoking and/or vappering (Electronic cigarette) are strictly NOT permitted in our apartments and on any common property including the foyers, lifts, stairwells and carpark. Penalties apply for any evidence of smoking inside the apartment and any other associated costs being deducted from your bond. If your apartment has a balcony then smoking is permitted out there, providing the door remains closed, you use the ashtray and empty the ashtray into rubbish on departure.
No Pets Pets, animals or reptiles are not permitted in our apartments.
