About The Role

This position requires flexibility along with a good sense of humour and a great personality. It's not always fun and laughter, you must also be willing to work hard and adapt to the high pressure and demands that come with this industry. This is not your typical 9 - 5 office job. You will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays as required, and be on call outside of work hours, so we want someone who loves what they do!

Duties will include (but will not be limited to):

Job Duties

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries and bookings

  • Handling payments

  • Data entry

  • Managing customer relations

  • Tariff setting

  • Assisting with marketing (social media / website)

  • Preparing reports for management

  • Liaise with local tourism office

  • Attend networking functions as a company representative

  • Guest review management

  • Preparation of correspondence

  • Minute taking at staff meetings

  • Someone who is available to work over a 7 day a week roster

Benefits and Perks

Salary package of $45,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience
